Concert Promoters' Network
The Concert Promoters' Network (CPN) is a multiple-bookings programme of recommended chamber artists and ensembles, brought together by Making Music on behalf of its voluntary music promoters.

Each year the Making Music Concert Promoters' Committee (CPC) selects a number of different artists and ensembles for inclusion in the Network brochure. Special fees are negotiated with each artist so that Making Music promoters save money when there are multiple bookings of the same artist. Artists benefit by being able to secure a number of dates with voluntary promoters.

The resulting Concert Promoters' Network brochure is circulated to Making Music promoters in May and published online here where you can find the new recommended artists for the 2011/12 season.

Artists are invited to apply for the scheme each August.

Artists and agents are invited to advertise in the brochure between November and February.

Further information is available from George Wolfe, the Network Coordinator, through the details below.

How to Book   Call for Artists
The artists in the current Concert Promoters Network are available for booking by any promoting group in membership of Making Music. It is also possible to book the artists if you are a promoter who is not currently a member of Making Music, but quoted fees may not apply.   Professional artists and ensembles are invited to join the mailing list and receive an invitation to apply for possible inclusion in the Concert Promoters' Network brochure circulated to the promoting groups (approx. 400).
