The Way You Run Your Group
It is an important part of the planning process of any event or activity to consider access needs of members and audiences.
Awareness: consider how your group might work to include disabled people in its activities: performing, administrative and social.

We also recommend that you use (and apply!) the following wording within your group's publicity:

Name of group will make every attempt to accommodate all delegates comfortably. Please let us know of any access requirements you may have. The venue is suitable for the mobility impaired and conforms to the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA). For any prices that apply, concessionary rates are available for those who need them. Assistants accompanying disabled people will be allowed free entry.
