Adopt a Composer 2004-2008 Adopt a Composer is an annual opportunity for six Making Music groups to 'adopt' a young composer, who works with them over the course of a year to produce a tailormade new work. The project is funded by the PRS for music Foundation and is run in partnership with Sound and Music Previous groups and their adopted composer that took part are listed below.
