Five Years, Five Aims was Making Music's five-year plan for 2006-2010.

Our current five year plan comes to a close at the end of 2010. The five objectives of the plan are:
- To help member organisations flourish
- To secure improved funding for Making Music and its members
- To improve our communications
- To lobby effectively and create beneficial partnerships
- To create an organisation fit for the future
