Amadeus OrchestraMaking Music has seven non-executive directors on its Board of Trustees and they oversee the running of the organisation with the Chief Executive.

We have 22 full and part-time members of staff. 10 are based in London and they look after administration, finance, member services and communications. We also have 12 Development Officers and Managers who are based within each of the English regions (two in the Southern region) and Scotland and Wales. They work alongside a committee of volunteers to support the members’ needs with their region or country.

We have 150 volunteers around the UK organised into 13 regional committees, one in each of English regions (two in the Southern region) and one each in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We also have a committee that looks after the interests of all the concert promoters, known as the Concert Promoters Committee.

Making Music regional committees work with our Board and staff to realise Making Music’s objectives and to support our members through our Making Music Visitor Network. If you are interested in joining one of our committees as a volunteer member, please click here.
