Almost all of our member groups are legally considered to be a charity, whether or not they are registered with the Charity Commission. But what does this mean for you?
From writing your constitution, to registering with the Commission and reporting on public benefit, we’ve got advice and resources on the legal requirements and best practice of being a charity.
