Anyone who has ever joined a music group to play, sing or listen will know that there is more to it than just turning up for rehearsals or concerts.
Each group faces its own challenges in the course of its musical activities. These might include properly insuring events and concerts, raising finances for soloists or professional artists, or understanding how to run a charitable group.

With over 2,800 music groups in membership, Making Music exists to help voluntary music making flourish in the UK.
Based on the shared experience of members past and present we have developed a comprehensive range of membership services. Through these dedicated services our aim is to ensure that you spend less time worrying about your administration and more time making music.
