• Database of agents and musicians without agents
• Information on our website
• Adverts in Music journals

• Forms sent to all on databases in August
• Forms returned by end of September
• Reverse of form asks for list of engagements

• Listen to musicians we have not heard
• Listeners fill in a Response Sheet
• At March meeting select final list of musicians

• Confidence in the quality of the musicians
• Reasonably sure that they can attract a minimum of six bookings
• Balance of types, size and cost of groups
