Richard lives in Dunblane. He has started a series of administrative training & consultative events for groups around Scotland. He also ran an extremely successful weekend masterclass and workshop for conductors in April 2002, which was led by Christopher Bell. Richard has started a series of meetings with local authority arts officers to discuss how they might be able to help with the various aspects of the Making Music Scotland Regional Development Plan. Using funds from the Scottish Arts Council, Richard has initiated a training grant fund to which member groups can apply for training projects. |
