British Composer Awards | Making Music Award If you are a member of Making Music and have performed a UK premiere, you could nominate your composer for the British Composer Awards...   The British Composer Awards celebrate the music of classical composers living and working in the UK and Northern Ireland. The annual Awards are an opportunity for members of Making Music or any voluntary music group to nominate composers for the Making Music Award. The 2009 award, announced in December was awarded to Elizabeth Winters. Applications for the 2010 award will be invited this September.
