Join us at our 75th birthday conference, which will be held at one of Britain's leading concert halls and recording studios, St George's.
Running from 11am (following our AGM at 10am), we will be launching our new organisational plan and new website, and focusing on all things digital - from demystifying social media to online marketing and selling tickets, all aimed at encouraging our members to get the most out of digital tools and resources to develop the ways in which they communicate with audiences and each other and raise the profile of what they do.
There will be a vocal workshop featuring a prize-winning song (see below), a networking session for concert promoters and we will be welcoming a representative from the newly formed government (to be advised...). We will also be celebrating our birthday and the start of the 50th anniversary season of the Award for Young Concert Artists with a drinks reception, early evening gala concert featuring alumni from the scheme and a buffet supper, so we hope you will join us for a packed day.
Gala concert
We are delighted to be joined by celebrated alumni from our Award for Young Concert Artists who will be performing for us at 6.30pm:

We hope to meet with you, and other members of Making Music, to hear from experts, enjoy an opportunity to get together and share experiences and ideas, as well as make music together.
