Abiola Okubanjo |
 |

 |
Abiola studied International Management with French at UMIST and then went on to train to be a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in London. Her career so far has involved mergers and acquisitions advisory, raising funds for private equity firms and being a portfolio manager for highly leveraged corporates. Having also worked for Deloitte & Touche and The Royal Bank of Scotland, Abiola is now an investment analyst for New Amsterdam Capital, a London-based hedge fund. Abiola is a Non-Executive Director of Amonet Ltd, a healthcare company operating in the UK and the US, which has given her first hand experience of strategic, commercial and operational matters. Abiola has been in one form of choir or the other since she was about 10 years old. She has travelled to Japan, South Africa and the Middle East on gospel choir tours and is currently working on an album of her own songs. |
