Booking young artists for your concerts
Partnerships to promote outstanding talent
Our Philip & Dorothy Green Award for Young Concert Artists has been offering our member organisations the opportunity to book outstanding young artists for preferential fees for nearly 50 years.

This year we are thrilled that the scheme is extended through two exciting new collaborations. The Musicians Benevolent Fund awards a number of prestigious prizes to outstanding young professional artists, and for the first time is also offering performance opportunities to its award winners in partnership with Making Music. This means that our members can tap into a much wider selection of instruments and voices, and extends the range to include jazz artists, who will be a welcome addition to the scheme.

We are also delighted to announce the Piatti Quartet as the winning ensemble in the inaugural St Martin-in-the-Fields Chamber Music Competition, eligible for engagement by Making Music members at an exclusive fee through a further new partnership.

The scheme is an excellent way to introduce new artists to your members and audiences at affordable prices. Many come back year after year, relying on a scheme they know they can trust for the consistent high calibre of artists. Try it out!

Musicians Benevolent Fund   St Martin's Chamber Music Competition
Thanks to our partnership with the Musicians Benevolent Fund, we are offering a wider range of young artists for members to book at subsidised rates.   Making Music has partnered with the St Martin's Chamber Music Competition to promote its annual winning ensemble for performances with member organisations.
