Royal Free Music Society

Description:

The Royal Free Music Society was founded in 1999. Our membership is drawn from present and former staff, friends, members of the local populations and many others. We have approximately 40 members and come together to indulge in high quality music making whilst having fun. We meet on a weekly basis and produce four main concerts a year. We have a sister orchestra, the Hampstead Sinfonietta. Our style is one of informality backed up by hard work.

Joining information:

We are always looking for new members and provide a supportive atmosphere in which to get your singing voice into shape. We don’t audition but the musical director is always willing to give you some guidance if you are not sure what your voice range is. You can come and try us out for a week or two to try us out.
