Helping you develop

We have a range of services to help you look at what you do in your group and identify ways in which you can develop artistically.

  • Our Information sheet library offers a resource of around 80 guidance documents, including such topics as developing a cross-arts project, or working with young people, or developing your audiences.
  • Your dedicated Regional Development Officer is on hand for advice and support about specific needs or projects, and runs workhops and training events in your area.
  • Our annual conference regularly focuses on topics which aim to give you a boost in your activities to embrace new ideas or give you clear grounding in new areas.

Our Music Bank

This offers a one-stop shop for your programming needs. We have just launched a new and improved resource but this will continue to be developed to make it even more valuable and be more relevant to non-classical groups.

Our Music Exchange

The Music Exchange will help you borrow the musical parts and scores you need at a fraction of the publishers' costs and loan your own holdings to other members to make money for your group.

The Programme Note Bank

This will help you compile your concert programmes with almost 4,000 notes covering hundreds of composers.

Our Repertoire Service

The Repertoire Service will enable you to plan the content of your performances by providing information about scoring and instrumentation, publication details, duration, and other bibliographic details.
