How do I change our Making Music Representative?

Each organisation in membership of Making Music has a nominated Making Music Representative (MM Rep). This person is our first point of contact, and we rely on them to receive and pass on crucial information to others in the group to ensure you get the most out of your membership.

If you need to change your MM Rep, please read on.

Are you the existing Making Music Representative and wish to change this?

If you have the contact details (name, address, telephone and email) of the new MM Rep replacing you, please log into My Making Music, select My group and Contact records, and follow the instructions to update contact details. The new MM Rep will receive an email asking them to confirm their nomination.

Are you the new MM Rep for your group?

Choose from the following options:

1. Ask the existing MM Rep, or your Treasurer, to log into My Making Music and update our records with your contact information (name, address, telephone and email) as described above.

OR

2. Download a change of representative form here, to complete and return to the Making Music office.

OR

3. Download the text of an email here, to copy, paste & edit, and email to the Making Music office.

OR

4. Contact the Making Music office to update our records, and we will send you a confirmation email to activate your registration.
