Adopt a Composer 2004-2010 pairings
Adopt a Composer scheme pairs amateur choirs, orchestras, and ensembles with a composer for one year.

Adopt a Composer is an annual opportunity for six Making Music groups to 'adopt' a young composer, who works with them over the course of a year to produce a tailor-made new work. The project is funded by the PRS for Music Foundation and is run in partnership with Sound and Music and BBC Radio 3, who record each première performance.
