Where can I find the Members’ Area?
Last modified on: 22/12/2010
For members who used to access the ‘Members’ Area’ via our old website, there is no longer a designated ‘Members’ Area’. Instead, all content which is only available to members will be password protected and accessible to individuals connected with member groups once they are logged in.
Where can I find password protected content for members only?
- Music Bank: members can now carry out universal search or specific search for Music Exchange, Repertoire Service and Programme Notes. Please navigate via Resources > Music Bank to get there.
- Information Sheets: members can search and download information sheets by going to Resources > Information sheets > Search or browse information sheets to access this service.
- Membership renewals: members can renew their membership and insurance online via our new website. Please go to Our services > Membership for a detailed guidance on how renew your group’s membership.
- My Making Music: Members will have to log in to access My Making Music to add/edit details about themselves by going to My Making Music > View / edit my details > My user account > Basic details. Once you complete step 1, save and continue to Further information page to select your preferences.
- Updating your group details: Only an MM Representative, Treasurer and Secretary of a Making Music member group can add/edit their group's contact records by going to My Making Music > View / edit my details > My group > Contact records. User with these rolses can also go to My Making Music > View / edit my details > My group > Edit group profile to provide more information for display in your group’s public profile page.
Across the website, there may be other publications, case studies and forums that will only be accessible to Making Music members.
