A programme exploring musical expressions of faith through the ages, from Benedictine abbess Hildegarde of Bingen to the African American composer Moses Hogan, via J S Bach, Francis Poulenc, and Michael Tippett among others. In this concert Collegium Singers will be exploring a wide range of idioms, from medieval chant, high baroque and negro spirituals to progressive 20thcentury composition.
