Beethoven and the Holocaust, The Auric String Quartet

To coincide with the special exhibition Sidney Nolan: Colour of the Sky - Auschwitz Paintings, the Auric String Quartet present a programme in which Beethoven’s deeply contemplative String Quartet in A minor, Op. 132 is set alongside lyrical and uplifting works by two composers who died at the hands of the Nazis – Viktor Ullmann and Gideon Klein.
