A concert for Remembrance-tide at 7.30pm,13th November in the wonderful space of St Martin's, London Road, Worcester.
Following eighteen months of highs and lows ‘The Elgar Chorale of Worcester’ is back! Featuring John Rutter's popular 'Requiem' alongside Piers Maxim's Festival Anthem 'De Profundis' and works by Elgar and Vaughan Williams you can hear 'Shout! O Ye Winds,' Roderick Williams' piece commissioned for the Chorale's 40th Anniversary and first performed at this year's Three Choirs Festival in Worcester.
The Chorale will perform with soloists and an instrumental ensemble alongside the famous Nicholson/Tipple organ of St Martin's played by Iain Simcock.
