8 talented singers from Scotland’s Conservatoire sing Madrigals, and music from Monteverdi and Mendelssohn to Lennon McCartney in the excellent acoustic of St. Michael’s Parish Church

Royal Conservatoire Voices was established in 2014 to provide performing opportunities of a high standard for talented young singers from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland to sing both as a group of soloists and in ensembles. It is a flexible pool of talent, which can vary in size according to repertoire, and explores music from all periods, from Baroque to contemporary.

Following the success of RCS alumni in the recent Cardiff “Singer of the World” competition, where 3 of the finalists including the winner were alumni of RCS, we welcome a group of 8 talented singers from the “Centre for Voice in Performance” to perform a wide range of music, ranging from Byrd to Lennon and McCartney,
