Rising star, cellist Jamal Aliyev, will perform a varied programme from Beethoven to Bridge.  Originally from Azerbaijan, Jamal is studying with Thomas Carroll while completing his Masters at the Royal College of Music.  Jamal had an eventful year in 2017 debuting at the BBC Proms achieving selection by the prestigious Young Classical Artists Trust scheme.

Jamals’ frequent recital partner, pianist Jâms Coleman, enjoys performing as a soloist, accompanist and chamber musician.  Our programme includes classical Beethoven, Bloch's suite based on Jewish melodies and Bridge’s reflection on the First World War.
