Light Out of Darkness: German and English music from the Reformation

This is a joint concert with Axminster Chamber Choir.  The concert will be directed by our Musical Director, Peter Parshall. Peter Lea-Cox is Guest Organist for the evening and will accompany the choir in certain pieces as well as performing two solo items.

Composers featured include: Johann Water, Martin Luther, Michael Praetorius, Heinrich Schutz, Hieronymus Praetorius, Thomas Tallis, Christopher Tye, William Mundy, William Byrd, Edmund Hooper and Orlando Gibbons.
