Join us for our Summer event, including a concert by the winners of the PDGYA awards

We will be at Conway Hall in London on Sunday 25 June, for our AGM and a session on Orchestra Tax Relief

Join the Making Music board, staff and volunteers at Conway Hall on Sunday 25 June for our Summer event, which will include a performance by the six winners of the Philip & Dorothy Green Young Artists awards.

Our Summer event is a great chance for members to come together, enjoy some music and learn more about Making Music and the services it provides, including the new Orchestra Tax Relief (OTR).

The day will begin with a session on OTR, a new source of income for instrumental groups with 12 or more performers. We will explain what it is and how music groups can benefit from it. This session is ideal for Treasurers and/or Chairs of music groups.

At 12 noon the winners of the Philip and Dorothy Green Award for Young Concert Artists (PDGYA) awards will perform at the Main Hall. This concert is always enjoyable and a brilliant chance to see some of our best young musical talent perform live. All the winners are available to Making Music members to book at subsidised prices.

Our AGM will take place after lunch. It will be the usual AGM fare with reports from the board and executive staff, board member election results and a chance for members to ask questions.

The event starts at 10am and we will be finished by 3pm. Attendance is free and lunch is included. Book your place now.
