What’s happening on Make Music Day 21 June?

There are over 100 events all over the UK, in England, Scotland, Wales – some to take part in, others to just enjoy. Find something near you!

This coming Wednesday 21 June is the first time Make Music Day comes to the UK on a large scale.

You can be part of the international celebration by:

  • getting involved: email uk@makemusicday.org or find more information on www.makemusicday.org/uk
  • finding an event to join in near you: Come and Sings take place in London, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Cardiff and York; and you can have a go on instruments in York, East Kilbride and London
  • checking out a group or performer near you: from Walsall to Yeovil, from Norwich to Stourbridge, from Aberdeen to Falmouth, via Cardiff, Leeds, Watford, Bournemouth and Alderley Edge, there are choirs, bands and singer/songwriters to enjoy, and open rehearsals to attend
