The Marsh Charitable Trust focuses on providing funding which could help small organisations pay for various running costs, such as volunteer expenses, training days, equipment maintenance and other core outgoings.
Our funding strategy is to provide long-term core funding for such costs, as we understand that many of the organisations we support depend on unrestricted income in order to meet their operating needs.
One-off grants are available to small UK registered charities for work in the specific areas of: relief of youth poverty, the disabled, the elderly, health, military, and the arts and heritage.
Grants are available for UK registered charities concerned with education, arts and culture, conservation, and human and animal welfare, with preference for London and Hampshire.
Grant support for general charitable needs, ranging from disadvantaged in society and general welfare to culture and the arts.
Grants are available for UK charities supporting education, communities, the environment, health, arts and culture, international development, heritage, and the armed forces.
A small number of grants are available to registered charities for the advancement of education, arts and culture, amateur sports, the promotion of good health and relief for sickness in the UK and Africa.
Grants are available for registered charities undertaking education, arts or social welfare projects in the UK and/or Israel.
Grants are available to UK registered charities for a wide range of charitable purposes in Great Britain.
The Cuthbert Horn Trust is a small trust with a limited amount of funding that it provides to registered charities.
The funding is intended to support charitable organisations undertaking general charitable purposes. Previous grants have been for a range of activities such as conservation, education, environmental protection, help for disadvantaged children, music, research and transport.
