Role Summary and requirments

• Collaborate with the Committee on the programming and all areas of music and creative direction.
• Further develop the high standard of musicianship in an inspirational  manner which is encouraging and enjoyable for all.
• Be available for at least 3 of concerts per season and take all the rehearsals for those concerts

Rehearsals are on Tuesday evenings 7:30-10:00pm in Wimbledon. The candidate should have experience of conducting a symphony orchestra to a high standard, knowledge and familiarity with the symphonic repertoire and a positive, friendly, motivated and committed attitude.

Fee - the fee will be negotiable for rehearsals and concerts. The orchestra will not pay expenses.
