HCS Spring Workshop: Verdi Requiem

Saturday 2nd March 2019 9:30am - 4:30pm at Richard Hale School, Hertford, SG13 8EN

Come and spend a day with HCS learning about this wonderful piece:

• In the morning the focus will be on the more technical side of how to sing Verdi’s great music with distinguished vocal coaches Rebecca Outram(working with sopranos and altos) and Robert Rice (working with tenors and basses).
• After lunch, we shall prepare for the conclusion of the day which will be to sing through the whole work. We shall have four soloists including Rebecca and Robert. This will be a timely reminder of the scale of this dramatic/operatic work as preparation for HCS' performance on Saturday March 30th.

This is an ideal opportunity to try us out if you are thinking about joining!
