The Passing of the Seasons

To celebrate the arrival of Summer, London Concord Singers & conductor Jessica Norton invite you to explore the passing of the seasons in music with madrigals by Farmer, Gibbons and Morley, folk-songs from Vaughan Williams and Grainger, songs from Moeran's Songs of Springtime as well as music by Mendelssohn, Hassler, Elgar, Sullivan and Rheinberger. On Saturday 23 July 2016, in the chapel of Queens' College, Cambridge, at 7pm on Saturday 23 July 2016. Admission is free, and there will be a retiring collection.
