Portishead Choral Society, conducted by Jonathan Palmer and accompanied by Richard Lennox, will be presenting a December Festive Concert featuring excerpts from some of the choral classics: Bach's Christmas Oratorio; Mendelssohn's Elijah, Borodin's Prince Igor; and Orff's Carmina Burana. Therer will also be carols for choir and audience and virtuoso piano improvisations by Richard Lennox.
