On November 16th, Solihull Choral Society will present two popular choral works which never fail to inspire singers and audiences alike; Haydn’s ‘Nelson’ Mass and Vivaldi’s ‘Gloria’. The programme will also feature the Overture from Handel’s little-known oratorio, ‘Esther’. With moments of sublime beauty mixed with Baroque splendour and Classical sparkle, this is repertoire that will show the choir at its most thrilling. Solihull Choral Society is delighted to be accompanied once more by Sinfonia of Birmingham as well being joined by student soloists from the Royal College of Music. The choir is grateful for the support of the Josephine Baker Trust.
