JS Bach: St Matthew Passion

Wooburn Singers are joined by baroque players from the Oxford Bach Soloists for a performance of Matthäus-Passion (St Matthew Passion).  Musical director, Tom Hammond-Davies, acclaimed Bach specialist, will be joined by Mark Padmore as the Evangelist, Peter Harvey as Christ and a full cast of soloists.

This concert planned for 28th March at the beginning of Passiontide has had to be postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic.  It has been re-arranged for April 2021 instead, venue tbc.  All tickets already purchased are valid for the new date or can be refunded if required.
