Christmas with Ayr Choral 2022 Sunday 11th December 7.30pm in Ayr Town Hall.

 Ayr Choral are delighted to present a Christmas mix for all musical tastes with the fantastic Newmilns and Galston Brass Band our very special guests. The programme starts with an uplifting Fanfare and a rousing “Joy to the World”. Favourite traditional carols are included such as “Good King Wenceslas”, “In the Bleak Midwinter” and “Hark the Herald Angels”, with rousing audience participation, and in contrast Goldschmidt’s “A Tender Shoot”, and “Carol of the Bells”. We end with a fun Yuletide Medley. Ayr Choral’s musical director Andrew McTaggart will be on top Christmas form, with Andrew Forbes on piano and organ. Mince pies (free) will be available with a glass of wine (or similar) at the interval, and there will be a collection for our current charity, the Ayrshire Hospice, at the end of the concert.
