Barnet Symphony Orchestra

Barnet Symphony Orchestra is a vibrant, engaging and dynamic orchestra based in North London. Throughout the year we play and perform classical music with a fun and enjoyable approach. We aim to achieve a high standard of performance but we truly believe that, as an amateur orchestra, enjoyment is the most important part of any music making experience. This means that our members look forward to Monday evenings from both a musical and social perspective.

We meet at Pardes House School (N3 1SA) every Monday evening during term time for rehearsals (7.45-9:45pm). We play three concerts a year at St Johns Church, Friern Barnet, N11 3EQ. For more information visit our web site at www.barnetsymphony.org.uk or email us at info@barnetsymphony.org.uk

Anyone interested in playing with us can contact the orchestra via the website. Our vacancies do vary so please do get in touch. There is a termly subscription but new players can come along for their first term without obligation to see what we're like and then make a decision about us - and we go from there!
