Luca Buratto, piano

Bedford Music Club

Following Luca Buratto's Wigmore Hall debut recital in London January 2017, the Guardian wrote "...graceful, analytical, meticulous, Buratto is a name to watch". Winner of the prestigious Honens Prize in 2015, the Italian pianist has a growing international reputation; he will demonstrate his virtuosity in a programme with the Hungarian composer Ligeti's Etudes Book III, Sonatas by Janàček and Prokofiev, Thomas Ades's Traced Overhead ending with Schumann's monumental Humoresque.
