Nocturne - Birmingham Festival Choral Society
Our first concert this year gives us the opportunity to welcome our new conductor David Wynne.
We invite you to a concert with a nocturnal flavour. We present a varied programme of choral music of the night, with works by Pearsall, Brahms, Elgar, Faure, Parry, Whitacre, Tavener and Joubert; reflecting different styles through the years. In addition, we are pleased to include pianist Kevin Gill performing three Chopin Nocturnes. A wonderful start to our concert programme for 2017.
