Rossini brings opera into the church with flair, and this dramatic, joyful piece promises to be a thrilling experience! Under the expert direction of our inspirational Musical Director, Thomas Leech, the evening will feature an outstanding line-up of acclaimed soloists and virtuosic masters of the keys:

• Jenny Stafford, soprano – Known for her "soaring" voice and dramatic intensity, Jenny has performed with major companies including Opera North and the Welsh National Opera. Her stunning vocals are sure to captivate.

• Georgia Mae Ellis, mezzo-soprano – A rising star in British opera, Georgia has graced stages like Glyndebourne and the Royal Opera House. Her powerful voice will bring extra depth to the performance.

• Nathan Vale, tenor – With performances across Europe and beyond, Nathan is celebrated for his elegance and captivating presence. Don't miss the chance to hear his beautiful tenor voice live.

• Alistair Ollerenshaw, baritone – Renowned for his resonant and commanding voice, Alistair’s stage presence has mesmerized audiences throughout Europe, and he will bring dramatic weight to this Rossini masterpiece.

• Christopher Pulleyn, piano – Our Assistant Musical Director, Chris has worked with top UK arts organizations, including Opera North. His skill on the piano will bring Rossini's iconic piano part to life.

• Jonathan Scott, harmonium – A virtuoso of the harmonium, Jonathan’s keyboard mastery has taken him to stages like the BBC Proms at the Royal Albert Hall. Jonathan will also delight us with 2 harmonium solos as part of the programme.
