Christchurch Music Centre

Christchurch Music Centre runs 2 wind bands, a brass quintet and a starter band for young people and adults on Saturdays.
The starter band runs from 10.30 to 11.15. If you have learnt a few notes in group lessons at school then this is for you.
The junior band rehearses from 9am to 10am. If you have recently started to play a brass, woodwind or percussion instrument then this is the band for you.
The brass quintet plays challenging repertoire from recent composers.
The senior band rehearses from 10.15 to 12.15. This is the band for you if you have been playing for a few years and would like to improve your playing.
