Handel: Messiah

Harpenden Choral Society

Harpenden Choral Society is delighted to present the first concert of our new season. We are looking forward to performing Handel’s Messiah, perhaps the best loved and most frequently performed of all English oratorios. 

The concert will be conducted by the choir’s Musical Director, John Andrews and will feature professional soloists Soprano Elinor Rolfe-Johnson, Mezzo Louise Winter, Tenor Lawrence Thackeray and Baritone Sam Pantcheff. We will be accompanied by The King’s Sinfonietta Orchestra with harpsichordist Claire Williams.
