Harrow Symphony Orchestra

Harrow Symphony Orchestra prides itself in being friendly and welcoming. We perform 3 concerts per year with plenty of rehearsal time before each performance. Recently we have worked on a more ambitious repertoire, including works by Shostakovich, Prokofiev and Glazunov, as well as from the classical and early romantic period (including a complete cycle of Beethoven symphonies). We are pleased to have raised money for local charities at a number of our recent concerts. We currently have vacancies particularly in the oboe and trombone sections and always welcome extra string players with some ensemble experience. There are no auditions so do come and give us a trial! For further information phone Sally Kelion on 07749 496757 (Chair) or visit our website www.hso.org.uk. We rehearse on Thursday evenings from 8pm to 10pm at St John Fisher School, Melrose Road, Pinner, Middlesex HA5 5RA
