Our opening concert for the 74th season will be a welcome return visit by the Kammerphilharmonie Europa. This popular chamber orchestra delighted the audience on their first visit in 2016 performing original works perfectly suited to their pared down format. On this occasion, the orchestra is joined by soloist Cyril Gussarroff on the trumpet.  The programme features baroque repertoire with the addition of works by Suk and Nielsen.
