Music from the 16th to the 18th centuries
Thomas Allery is a keyboard player and director based in London. He enjoys a varied career spanning harpsichord, organ, continuo, research, and teaching. Having originally studied at Oxford University and at the Royal College of Music, in 2019 Thomas received a scholarship to complete his studies as a harpsichordist at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, studying with Carole Cerasi and James Johnstone. He now specialises in performing lesser known baroque works, and championing the works of forgotten composers. In 2023 he released a film celebrating the works of organist composers of the City of London, including those who worked in now lost churches, and whose works are rarely heard.
