Rosafresca is an early music group based in Bristol specialising in the music of Renaissance Spain and Elizabethan England.

We are looking for a bass viol player to join our group which comprises soprano, 2 recorder/crumhorn players and a vihuelist/lutenist.

We have a bass and tenor Renaissance viol made by Richard Jones which is availble to use. This vacancy may be of interest to competent viol players with experience of performing or to cellists who would like to explore this fascinating instrumental and vocal repertoire on a related bowed insttrument.
