Brompton String Quartet in Lewes

Nicholas Yonge Society Lewes

The young international members of the Brompton Quartet met at the Royal College of Music where they won the string quartet competition. They were a featured Making Music Artist for 2020-2021. Since then they have won the St Martin-in-the-Fields Chamber Music Competition. They were quartet in residence at the Wye Festival 2022.

They will be playing Haydn Op 76 no 1, Grażyna Bacewicz String Quartet No. 3 and Peter Copley's String Quartet No. 3 which they premiered to great acclaim.
