Myths & Misconceptions, a "Sing & Discover" Workshop on Mozart's Requiem and C Minor Mass

Banish the winter blues with an invigorating sing through some of the finest choruses in Mozart’s Great Mass in C minor and his well-loved Requiem.  In this “Sing and Discover Workshop,” conductor John Hancorn and writer/musicologist/broadcaster Richard Wigmore will draw on their extensive professional experience to provide entertaining and illuminating insights into style of performance and the historical context of these two unfinished masterpieces. Participants are welcome to sing or just listen.  Tickets include tea and coffee to wet your whistle all day (and keep you singing "cum sancto spiritu" all the way home!).  Bring your own lunch (cakes available for sale).
