A Comfort of Voices' - Songs of Love and Hope

Serenata Female Voices

This concert is promoted by the Society for Music in Clare Church 

Serenata is a chamber choir of 20 singers who are highly experienced professional and amateur musicians, many of whom have been singing together for more than ten years. The choir membership is drawn from across the East of England. Serenata performs music arranged for three or more female voice parts both a capella and accompanied.  Our currrent programe of songs reflects on our individual and shared experiences during the pandemic and our renewed hope and resolve as we emerge from it.  We celebrate the strength of community spirit that developed: how we cared for each other, strangers, and neighbours and adapted to new ways of continuing the social activities that bring us together.
