Armistice Centenary Concert

Stamford Bridge Singers

To celebrate the Centenary of the Armistice, Stamford Bridge Singers will present a concert at St Olave’s Church in Marygate, York, on Sunday 18th November, starting at 7.30pm. The concert will feature Maurice Durufle’s beautiful ‘Requiem’ plus contemporary works by our conductor, Stuart Nettleship, choir member, Barry Cross, and Peter Irving, all on the theme of Armistice and Remembrance. The Conductor will be Stuart Nettleship and the Organist, Keith Wright. Admission is free, with a retiring collection for The Soldiers’ Charity.
