Surrey Mozart Players

Surrey Mozart Players, under the baton of exciting young guest conductor, Christopher Stark, warmly invites you to a concert of classical and romantic music to brighten up a winter’s evening. We welcome back local violin soloist, Emmanuel Bach, to perform Bruch’s dazzling and glorious Violin Concerto – “one of the best works of the Romantic period” (Classic FM). Also on the programme are Mendelssohn’s Symphony no. 4 (Italian) full of summer sunshine and the concert opens with Haydn’s witty and elegant Symphony no. 101 (The Clock).

Christopher Stark is well-known as co-founder of the Mulit-Storey Orchestra based in Peckham Car Park with whom he made his Proms debut in 2016.
