Sussex Harmonisers

Two local A Cappella organisations share the billing for what promises to be a tremendous afternoon of close harmony singing from three distinct choruses.
Based in Southwick, Coastline Harmony is a ladies' chorus that sings "extraordinary, a cappella (unaccompanied) songs of all styles and genres – fab fifties, swinging sixties, beautiful ballads, classic show tunes and modern rock classics".  The Sussex Harmonisers, based in Burgess Hill, is a club comprising two choruses - The Sussex Kings of Harmony, a male barbershop chorus, and Sussex A Cappella, a female chorus that sings a range of unaccompanied styles. Both choruses will sing songs from their own varied repertoires, but will be using the Fringe event to join together as a larger mixed chorus.
